I know because I’ve been where you are now and I was blessed to have the help of some amazing people to show me which way to go.

I’ve been around awhile with a ton of life experience and I’ve certainly had my ups and downs. The search to heal my pain has taken a long and winding path and I’ve been blessed to learn some amazing skills and gain tools that have changed my life.

I want to share with you what I’ve learnt so that you can take back control of your life, steer it in the direction you want to go and then live the life of your dreams.

You don’t need to be fixed.
There is nothing ‘wrong’ with you. You are perfect just as you are.

Sometimes we need someone who will sit and really listen to us.
