Ho’oponopono

You may or may not have heard of Ho’oponopono, here is a very brief explanation.
It’s not a religion. There are no teachers, gurus, high priest or middle men.
It is simply a prayer from you to the Creator / God.

Ho’oponopono is an Hawaiian prayer and roughly translates to make things right or make things move back into balance.
Ho’oponopono is a tool for atonement, for correcting errors, erasing the effects of past actions and memories that cause havoc and grief in our lives, the lives of others and mother nature as a whole.
It is a very powerful prayer to let go of any guilt that you are hanging on to.
Here is the simple four step process.

When you speak it you are addressing the Divine / God / Creator / Universe, whatever word feels comfortable for you

Step 1: Repentance, say: “I’m sorry

Step 2: Ask for Forgiveness, say: Please forgive me

Step 3: Gratitude, say: Thank you

Step 4: Love, say: I love you”

There is much information to be found online if you would like to investigate further, including how to pronounce it.
