Women have been gathering in Circles for millennia. Circle is one of the women’s most ancient ways to empower and support each other.

In our circle, we will have a ‘talking stick’. The person holding the ‘talking stick’ gets to talk without interruptions, which is rare in our society today.

Since we were children, most of us have struggled to be seen and heard, to have our point of view listened to, so holding the ‘talking stick’ is incredibly empowering!

It is also a revelation when you get to speak. It is through verbalising that we begin to understand ourselves.
